Pet Dog Remember To Use Test Strips To Check For Canine Plague Or Small

- Mar 26, 2020-

Golden retriever is also my favorite pet and a non-aggressive pet dog. Like to play with people

People usually buy pet puppies and go back to raise them. If the dog is infected with canine plague parvovirus, it is not found.

Going back to raising puppies and carrying the virus makes it difficult for us to feed. So it is important to detect the virus, and there is a test strip to help us judge.

Canine plague The small test strips are similar to the shape of a pregnancy test stick.

Canine distemper test strip

Detection of mutant viruses in dogs' serum, plasma, eyeball secretions and nasal discharge, canine distemper detection 100%

usage

1. Collection and storage of the objects to be picked: Plasma, serum, eyeball secretions, and nasal discharge are used as collection objects, and 100ul of the objects to be tested is required. The test object can be stored for 7 days at 2-8 degrees. If the test substance is stored for a long time, the serum or plasma should be separated and stored at -20 degrees. When carrying out the test, it should be fully placed in the room temperature environment, and then the test object temperature should be consistent with the room temperature before carrying out the test.

2. Detection method: The reaction plate is placed in a humid environment, which may cause the drop of antibody concentration and stability, so it should be opened and used before use. Lift up the silver foil paper, place the tool on a flat floor, and record relevant information about the affected animal on the tool. If the test object is serum or plasma, use a dropper to drop 2-3 drops (100ul) on the test object. If it is eyeball secretion (tears) or snot, take the test object with a cotton swab for sampling and dilute it in the buffer for dilution, then drop 2-3 drops on the test object compartment. The test result is judged after 5-10 minutes. After the test object is placed, the test object is completely diffused on the reaction plate, and the judgment is made within 10 minutes. The reaction after 10 minutes is considered negative.

3. Judgment result: judge the negative and positive according to the results of the test line and the control line.

Negative: Only when the control line (C) is red or purple. This condition indicates that there is no infection with canine plague virus.

Positive: Only when the test line (T) and the control line (C) are red or purple. This condition indicates infection with canine plague virus.

The small test strips are used in the same way as the dog fever test strips. Some test strips can detect both viruses together.

When buying pet dogs, remember to use test strips to prevent buying sick dogs.
